2026.10.03.3

Platform improvements — 2026-10-03

New functionality, improvements and resolved issues delivered during this development cycle.

Fixed Platform
Improved payment compatibility with Brave

Resolved a compatibility issue that prevented users of the Brave browser from continuing to the Mollie payment environment when activating a payment mandate. The payment flow now uses a browser-safe handoff within Waffinnity before opening the secure Mollie checkout. Existing security controls remain fully preserved.

New Platform
Organize and find services with tags

Services can now be assigned custom tags, making environments easier to organize and find. The same tag can be used across different types of services, including websites, hosting, domains, Managed DNS, email services and Linux servers. The central search at the top of the platform can be used to instantly find and open all services with a specific tag. Tags such as Production, Test, Customer A or Project X can be used to logically group services. Search also supports partial tag names and is available through the search bar or the Ctrl+K or Cmd+K keyboard shortcut.

Improved Platform
Improved white-label branding presentation

The presentation of white-label logos in the customer portal has been improved. Custom reseller logos now receive the same prominent space as the standard Waffinnity logo while preserving their original aspect ratio. When a custom logo is configured, only the logo is displayed. If no logo is available, the configured brand name remains visible as a fallback.

Improved Application Security
Improved Origin TLS security and certificate monitoring

Waffinnity now provides Managed TLS, Full and Strict with safe checks before activation. For Strict origins, Waffinnity monitors certificate validity, hostname validation and trust, including automatic incidents and notifications.

2026.10.03.2

Platform improvements — 2026-10-03

New functionality, improvements and resolved issues delivered during this development cycle.

Improved Email Spamfilter
Enhanced management for Email Spamfilter resellers

Resellers now have more control over Email Spamfilter services. A redesigned management workspace provides a single place to activate and manage services for managed customers while allowing the ownership of existing services to be changed safely. Services can be transferred from the reseller account to a managed customer and returned to the reseller account later. Technical data, mail flow, policies, quarantine, message trace and history remain preserved, while reseller billing remains active during ownership transfers. Service cancellation has also been redesigned with a clear confirmation step. Waffinnity now also displays recent ownership changes in a dedicated service history, making transfers and returns transparent and auditable.

Platform improvements — 2026-10-03

New functionality, improvements and resolved issues delivered during this development cycle.

Fixed Platform
Improved reseller billing reliability

We resolved an issue where reseller invoices could, in certain situations, fail to include all managed services and applications correctly. Reseller billing now uses an immutable billing snapshot for each period and verifies before payment that the invoice, reseller statement and calculated amounts fully match. Payments are automatically blocked if a discrepancy is detected.

2026.10.02.3

Platform improvements — 2026-10-02

New functionality, improvements and resolved issues delivered during this development cycle.

New Platform
Domain restoration from quarantine available

Expired domains placed in quarantine by the registrar can now be restored through Waffinnity while the recovery period is still active. Current restoration fees are automatically based on registrar pricing and displayed before ordering. After payment, the restoration is submitted through a controlled workflow and monitored until the registrar confirms that the domain has been restored.

New Platform
DNSSEC now respects domain registrar ownership

Managed DNS now explicitly distinguishes between domains registered through Waffinnity and domains using an external registrar. For Waffinnity-managed domains, DNSSEC information is managed automatically at the registrar. For external registrars, Waffinnity displays the required DS values for the user to publish manually. Waffinnity then automatically verifies that the DS records are publicly visible and correct. DNSSEC signing is not disabled for externally registered domains while a public DS record is still present.
