Waffinnity prepares the protected path before asking you to switch traffic.
Every phase has a clear purpose. You keep control of the DNS cutover, while Waffinnity verifies the technical prerequisites around it.
Add domain and origin
Enter the protected domain and confirm the origin. Waffinnity uses this context to prepare routing and the application security baseline.
Prepare TLS and protection
DNS verification, certificate preparation, gateway routing and security configuration are checked before the final traffic switch.
Switch when everything is ready
Only after readiness checks do you point traffic at Waffinnity. The original records stay unchanged until the protected route is prepared.

Will my current website go offline during onboarding?
No planned downtime is required. Waffinnity prepares routing and TLS before you change the production DNS path. Your existing destination remains in place until you perform the cutover.
Do I need to choose security modules immediately?
No. Foundation provides the core security baseline. Optional modules can be enabled later per application or domain.
Is the first application extra?
No. The first active protected application is included in Foundation for €5.95 per month excl. VAT.
Can I change the protection profile later?
Yes. The onboarding profile is the starting baseline. WAF, DDoS and other application policies remain manageable after activation.
